That isn't how it works as far as you know. She's not from our world and knows virtually nothing about what she is. This isn't some pact with an Eldritch entity. It's one stupid person you managed to wrap around your finger.
She is a monster. What matters is whether or not she acts like one. A distinction I'm sure you were only too happy to gloss over. And I told her she needed friends. I even suggested people.
Not really. Rather I empathized with her over being called a monster too. After all, someone who has been sheltered their entire life and mistreated for part of it isn't going to take kindly to being called a monster. True or not. You see, you have to consider her feelings and the feelings of others if you want them to listen.
You don't possess the capacity to empathize with people. You just know how to get what you want. There's a substantial difference. I can empathize with some of what she's gone through. It doesn't in any way excuse the things she's done or threatened. I'm not going to pretend like it does just to spare her feelings. Other people are emotionally abused and tormented like she was and don't turn out like that.
