[ While it looks like any other Dominant's apartment on a basic level, the space is themed heavily towards the sea. A few, small rainbow betta fish fry glide by through the air as Emet-Selch likewise takes a seat in the armchair opposite. ]
It had been on my mind for a while. At first I thought there was little point in pursuing the details of it since I no longer have sway over the world I come from, but I began to think that I would like some peace of mind on the subject.
I believe that. However, my preferred method is decidedly more unpleasant.
[Which is really the only warning that he has before Emet will find he's just remembering all of the information. Flashes to tell a story, paint a complete picture. It's overwhelming to get so much all at once to be sure but Elias doesn't stop until he's done.
And even then he just sits there with a smile, his hands folded in his lap.]
[ He's about to ask what exactly Elias means by that when suddenly the images pour into his head. He jerks back, gaze losing focus as it turns inwards and he tries to process the rapid, intrusive influx of memories. It's not quite an Echo vision but it's close. Suddenly he knows. Not just that - it feels as though he had been there.
The anguish, the despair, the knowledge that if this ploy succeeded then he would meet his end. And then there was the knowledge itself.
Emet-Selch comes back to himself with a start. Lifting a hand to his head, he stares down at his lap as he tries to partition off the memories. It's a few minutes before he speaks again. ]
